Rev. Lyman Wright, D.D. (1816-1879), b. Westville, Otsego Co, NY; d. Binghamton, NY. He was a Baptist minister in upstate New York, and the last nineteen years of his life he was pastor at Binghamton, NY. The address by Haynes says that he ministry made converts to Christ, and never to the pastor. Christ was his focus.
